Свежая новость: Microsoft и Novell заключили договор о сотрудничестве. Напомню, что Novell в настоящий момент является владельцем SuSE Linux.

Суть в следующем: они покупают друг у друга лицензии на патенты. Кроме этого, они будут помогать друг другу делать свои системы (Windows и SuSE Linux) более совместимыми и интегрируемыми друг с другом.
Всё казалось бы хорошо, но возникают проблемы с лицензированием открытых исходных кодов, широко используемым в Linux.
